Q. How do I place an order ?
A. Simply click on the gray Add to Shopping Cart button to the right of DVD/CD case graphic on Home page..
I accept Paypal, check, or money order.  If you do not have PayPal you can pay using your credit/debit card simply by clicking on the yellow Check Out button below the calculate shipping box.  The next window will take you to a "Don't Have a PayPal account?" link bottom right.  Click on that link to use your Visa/MC/Discover/American Express credit/debit card.
You must email me for check and money order info  - USA residents only

Q. Do you ship Internationally ?
A. Yes, I will send anywhere in the world.

Q. I sent you an email a few days ago but never got an answer back, why is that?
A. Please note I always reply within 24 hours, if you didn't get an answer back, please check your "junk" folder because your email provider might consider my email as "spam".

Q. What means NTSC and PAL in the Video Format section for the DVDs?
A. NTSC and PAL are 2 different types of video formats. NTSC are playable in almost any American DVD players and PAL are playable in Europe DVD players. But that doesnt mean that if you live in Europe that you wont be able to play NTSC DVDs. Some DVD players can play both kinds of DVD formats. Please make sure your DVD player is capable of playing the DVD format of the DVD you'll buy.

Q. What happens if I receive a defective or damaged disc?
A. I replace all defective or damaged discs free of charge.

Q. How long does shipping take ?
A. I usually send the item no later than the next day after the deal closes. Depending where you live, it can take from 3 to 5 business days for North America and 7 to 10 business days for International destinations.

Q. Will the footage look as good, better, or worse than your Youtube clips ?
A. In most cases the footage looks better than you see in the Youtube clips because those clips are compressed.  As would be expected some less preserved footage does get exposed a bit more when played on some HD Televesion sets.  If necessary you can adjust the brightness and/or picture level by selecting picture mode and choosing the option that works best for you.  We don't recommend Vivid for most of this footage although it can work on some of the higher quality clips.
